"This letter is long over due, however, we would be remiss in not sending it.  We sold our home of 40 plus years this past July. Anthony Soulia and Sonia Rodrigue were our realtors. We were so impressed with the professionalism, competence and the enthusiasm in which they conducted themselves thoughout the process. Nothing was beyond their willingness to accomodate both of us as the sellers and the perspective buyers. Anthony walked over the entire 5 acres in his pin striped trousers and beautifully polished shoes because he wanted to see the entire property. Unfortunately his trousers were covered with velcro weeds at the end of the out door tour, he simply smiled and said, "That's OK".  He wanted to know all of the details of the property and was able to beautifully articulate those details to perspective buyers. He went to bat for us on 2 details regarding the deal and that made a financial difference in the final price. He educated us with the process at the beginning and kept us informed with feedback and suggestions along the way. He always had a smile on his face and a positive attitude. He even called us 1 month after the sale to see how we were doing and if we were settled into our new home. Sonia was masterful at staging our house. She took many pictures of the house and property, giving buyers a detailed over view. She is a master photographer and her photos made the property look magnificent. She too emphasized the open communication policy and repeatedly asked that we call with any questions or concerns. She was lovely to work with. These are just a few notes of some of the things they did in selling our house. There were many more. We want you to know how very greatful we were to have had Anthony and Sonia as our realtors.
